At Aligné Pilates Studio, we offer small group classes and private sessions for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to your practice, or looking to build strength and resilience, we have something for everyone.

Our light-filled, calm, and intentionally designed studio supports focus, presence, and mind–body connection. Classes are small and personal, so you’ll get the guidance and support you need to move with confidence.

We’re passionate about helping you feel strong, aligned, and empowered — and we can’t wait to share this journey with you.

Just starting Pilates? Here’s everything you need to know.

Our classes are designed to help you move well from the beginning — building strength through thoughtful layering of exercises, while developing confidence and understanding at a pace that feels right for you.

No prior experience needed. No expectations to meet. Just the motivation to start — we’ll take care of the rest.

Come as you are. Comfortable clothing is all you need — we recommend leggings and a fitted top so you can move freely, and so your instructor can support your form.

At Aligné Pilates Studio, our community is at the heart of what we do — a space to simply be.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body approach to movement. It helps build strength, improve flexibility and coordination, and enhances posture, balance and mobility — tailored to you, and suitable for every body.

Using spring-loaded, specialised equipment from Align-Pilates, each session provides support and resistance where you need it. You can move safely, gain confidence, and leave feeling accomplished. It’s wonderfully addictive — in the best possible way.
